At Wulf Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Wulf Gaming account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
